They also found it difficult to face the Solution, with regard to Concept of solubility of substances and saturation of solutions and Solutions as examples of mixtures and distinguish between solvent and solute. RegardingChemistry general teachers found most difficulties with the sub-topic Molecules. In Elements in the periodic table, the most challenging topic was Chemical elements are classified in periodic systems and marked with symbols. Finally, in Mixtures and pure substances teachers found more difficulties in teaching Methods for separating pure substances from mixtures (filtration, extraction, evaporation, distillation).
